Which shipping methods do you use?
We generally ship via US Postal Service. For orders that exceed a weight of two pounds, we will ship via UPS or DHL.
How long do orders usually take to arrive?
All standard orders are shipped no later than 48 hours from the posted payment date of your order. Although shipping times vary by delivery location, orders are usually delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and the order delivery location.
How do I check my order status?
When you make a purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a follow-up email of your order status, along with tracking information that will allow you to see exactly where your order is located while in transit. You can also view your order details, as well as track recent orders you have placed with s by signing into your account. In your account information, you will find several helpful links, including a link to your account history.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all of our design products are customed printed to order, all sales are final. We are unable to use or recycle your printing after your order has been processed.
I never received my order, what should I do?
Although very rare, package sometimes get lost in transit. If you believe your order has been lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier responsible for the error. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, we cannot be held responsible, and it will be up to you to dispute delivery with the carrier.
